We are joined by special guest Dr John Parrington, associate professor in cellular and molecular Pharmacology at University of Oxford. John has published numerous books on subjects such as the Mind and Consciousness. John answers some important questions on the power of the human mind and describes his lived experience of losing his sister to suicide.
We are also joined by Jake Mills of Chasing the Stigma, who was our first ever guest to give us a one year update.
